One workspace per client
- Each client is a profile with its own NAICS codes, certifications, matches, fit scores and pipeline. Switch between clients in one click.
- The same notice, tracked for two clients at different stages — one pursuing, one a no-bid — without either seeing the other's notes or fit.
- All clients at once. One view of every client's deadlines, each bid labelled with its client, and a client decision field for the hand-off step: waiting, approved or declined.
Deliverables with your name on them
- Pipeline reports per client: every tracked bid with its stage, the client's decision, the deadline and the fit score. Built from the tracker, so it costs nothing to run.
- Decision memos — the cited bid / no-bid verdict on one solicitation.
- Compliance-matrix exports to Excel, with “prepared by” and “prepared for”.
- Read-only client links that expire and can be revoked, so a client can check their pipeline without an account.
Find your next client
Three lists of firms that plausibly need BD help, from public data, filtered by NAICS and state:
- New to SAM — firms that first registered in SAM.gov in the last 30, 90 or 180 days. Usually new to federal work.
- Recompete window — small firms whose contracts end in 6 to 18 months, when a recompete is shaped.
- Leaving 8(a) — participants whose nine-year 8(a) term ends soon and who lose 8(a) set-aside and sole-source eligibility.
Each name opens the firm's record: registration, certifications, award history and who it has subcontracted with. Price your proposals with the free GSA labor rates.
Questions
Is there a separate consultant plan?
No. Consultant mode is a setting: tick it when you sign up, or turn it on in Settings. It changes wording and switches on the multi-client views; it never changes the price. What costs more is the number of company profiles — Starter has one, Pro has three, and you can add profile slots beyond that.
What does a client see on a shared link?
A read-only page with their tracked bids: title, agency, NAICS, set-aside, stage, your client decision, deadline, fit score and the SAM.gov link. Never your strategy notes, action notes, teaming, compliance checklists or uploaded documents. Links expire (7, 30 or 90 days), you can revoke one at any time, and you can see how often it was opened.
Where do the Find Clients lists come from?
Public federal data: SAM.gov's entity registry for firms that first registered in the last 30 to 180 days, USASpending award data for small firms whose contracts end in 6 to 18 months, and SBA certification records for firms whose 8(a) term ends within the next year. Sole proprietorships are never listed, because their legal name is often a person's, and no contact details are shown.
Can I put my own logo on the reports?
Yes. Add your firm name, a contact line and a logo in Settings; they print on pipeline reports, decision memos and the compliance-matrix export. A FedSift attribution stays on every page.
